I grew up in Lugoff, SC. My grandmother's love for good food and communion was always something I enjoyed and looked forward to . Her humor, amazing food, and her love for hospitality was infectious.

I Went to Lugoff~Elgin High School and graduated from the University of SC with a degree in HRTM//Culinary Arts.

I was the Sous Chef during the Honorable Governor Mark Sanfords tenure at the Governors Mansion . During that time, we hosted different diplomatic dignitaries and assorted private functions for the Governor and his family.  After he served his 2 terms, I became the Kitchen Manager at Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and worked there for 10 years.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family.   When I'm not working I'm usually hanging with my daughter MiLee and Fiance (soon to be wife), Nicole.  We love Folly Beach , traveling,  smoking meats,  cooking at the house,  playing music and enjoying life.

Southern Way has been amazing! Its been challenging, rewarding, team driven, and a constant reminder that the sum of our efforts as a team outshine any one individual.  It has been a privilege to work with a team of  professionals that are driven, hard working, proficient and detail oriented.
