Brendan Hutton

I began my journey with Southern Way Catering while still in High School, in 2014. I worked as event staff for many years. In 2022,  I stepped away from Southern Way to join the team at a popular local restaurant.  Here I gained experience in a fast paced environment, learned to improve my communication and service skills, and how important every member of a team is to it’s success. I knew my path in the hospitality industry was helping me grow as an individual when I was awarded Employee of the Year in my first year in the restaurant. I worked hard to continue to learn and grow. I enjoyed my position and work family there, but when the opportunity to become part of the Bar/Beverage team arose, I was excited to return to the Southern Way family. I enjoy being around my teammates, and in knowing that my role is important for setting them up for success.  Being part of the fun guest experience, and exceptional service of Southern Way Catering,  gives me real satisfaction.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking and baking, gaming, and spending time with family and friends. I love trying out new restaurants, enjoy bowling, and am always interested in catching the newest action movies at the theater.
