We invite you to join us this September at City Market for the next dinner in our The Table series. As always, The Table will feature a locally curated and handcrafted menu from our own Chef Michael Stuckey and proceeds from the dinner will benefit a local charity. We have selected the Columbia Chapter of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to receive the proceeds from our September The Table Dinner.
The evening will begin with handcrafted cocktails from 6:30-7pm. We’ll gather around the table at 7pm for dinner. Our menu for the evening will be:
1st Course: Aged Sharp Cheddar and Scallion Pimento Cheese, Maple Bacon, Pickled Strawberries, House-made Pickles, Green Pepper Jelly, and Fried Saltines
2nd Course: Heirloom Tomato and Charred Cucumber Salad with Burrata Cheese, Micro Basil, and a Tomato Vinaigrette
3rd Course: Seared Scallops with a Green Chili Sauce and Tabouli
4th Course: Sous Vide Chateau of Beef with Salt Baked Celeriac, Roasted Heirloom Carrots, and a Cabernet Demi-Glace
5th Course: Gooey Butter Cake with Macerated Grand Marnier Raspberries and Vanilla Crème
This 5 course dinner will include wine pairings with each course and free valet parking by Southern Valet. Tickets are $125 per person plus processing fees. Go ahead and reserve your seat at our table for a truly unique, magical, and absolutely delightful dining experience.
