I started with Southern Way- Athletics Division in the kitchen in 2019, I was then moved up to Kitchen Manager for our division in 2020. I am from South Florida, Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. I went to Broward Collage where I studied medical science. I never thought I would be a kitchen manager! I was great with managing but not with cooking. It turns out that I love it and am good at it! It’s funny how life surprises you with the most unexpected things.

I am passionate about this industry because I learn something new every day. I love learning and this industry has so many aspects to it. The amount of growth and knowledge is never ending. Southern Way has taught me so much; Patience, perfection, time management, control, communication is key, teamwork, and most of all enjoy the moment!
