Born and raised in Columbia, SC I am the youngest of four children, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. I have been with Southern Way Catering since 2019. I started at one of our biggest yearly events, UofSC’s family weekend and quickly fell in love with event catering. I began my role as an administrative assistant in September of 2021.
In working for Southern Way Catering, I get to see a wide range of different types of events and work in some of the most amazing venues! Though I enjoy all the different events we handle, wedding receptions are definitely my favorite. The upbeat atmosphere, high energy guests, beautiful decorations, etc. always create the most memorable experience. My favorite part of my job is hearing the ways we create such a positive experience for our clients and their guests after each event.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband Ken, our dogs and our two children, Luke and Gabrielle. It is a treat to continue to watch my children grow and choose their paths in life. They truly inspire Ken and I every day.
